The Stiflerhof welcomes you with four tastefully furnished apartments to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the South Tyrolean municipality of Falzes. The accommodations can host 2-4 or 2-6 guests and are fully equipped. All apartments have a balcony, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view on the surrounding mountains. In all accommodations in Falzes the kitchen has got electric cooker, dish washer, water boiler, microwave, coffee machine and mixer. The spacious living area offers a satellite TV and a sitting corner. Separated bedrooms grant you your privacy; moreover all accommodations offer you an internet connection. It is also possible to use a washing machine (against costs).

In the apartments at Stiflerhof you will spend a pleasant holiday in which you will feel at home soon. Obviously you will get fresh towels and bedclothes from us and upon request also children equipment will be at your disposal, with highchair and baby bed. The modern baths have shower, WC, bidet and hair dryer. In the house also a ski room will be at your disposal for storing and drying your winter equipment. Outside there is a big garden, where you can enjoy the warm sunrays in summer.

Prices and discounts
The prices are based on a minimum stay of 5 nights per apartment and night with an occupancy of 2 or 4 persons.
For stays of less than 5 nights, a minimum stay of 5 nights will be charged.
The apartments can only be booked on a weekly basis in the high season (Saturday arrival and departure day)
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning (if the apartment is left clean, otherwise extra charge of 50€.), safe, Use of the ski depot and Holidaypass Premium (tickets for free use of all public means of transportation and many other benefits).
Not included: Tourist tax 2,50 € per person and night over 14 years.
Discounts for children
Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge in their parents’ room.
Kids up to 11.9 years only pay 50%.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
Pets
Your dogs are welcome outside the high saison – Price 10€ / day.
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Please keep your dog on a leash when visiting our animals (cows, rabbits and chickens). Attention, our lawn is not a dog toilet, please always use a bag.
Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 200 € per week has been paid.

In Italy, it is no longer permitted to pay amounts of more than €4,999.99 in cash. However, the following means of payment are permitted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 2 pm. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 2 pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9.30 am.
Cancellation Insurance
We ask for your understanding that we will retain the deposit in the event of last-minute cancelations 8 – 4 weeks before the start of the vacation and will charge 90% of the total amount within the last 4 weeks before the start of the vacation. In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the days not enjoyed will be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance
We are looking forward to your arrival and we are sure you are too – but a lot can happen before you arrive and during your vacation.
We recommend that you take out “Cancellation protection” when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries. You can find more information about costs and taking out travel cancellation insurance here.
