The prices apply for a minimum stay of 5 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 or 4 persons.

For stays in the low season of less than 5 nights the minimum price of 5 nights is charged, and in the high season/holidaytime of 7 nights .

In high season we rent only Saturday to Saturday

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning (if the apartment is left clean, otherwise extra charge of 50€.), safe, WLAN, use of ski storage, Pick-up service from train or bus station on arrival and departure day. Holidaypass Premium (tickets for free use of all public means of transportation and many other benefits)

Not included: At the indicated price for each guest over 14 years the tourist tax from 1.35 € per day is added

Kids up to 2.99 years stay with us free of charge.

Kids up to 11 years only pay 50%.

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Your dogs are welcome outside the high saison – Price 10€ / day.

Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 200 € per week has been paid.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price if the apartment is left clean, otherwise extra charge of 50€.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 2 pm. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 2 pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9.30 am.

Please understand that in case of late cancellations 8 - 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday we will retain the deposit, and from 4 – 1 weeks before the start of the holiday 100% of the total price, in the last 7 days and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price.

We are looking forward to your visit! Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70%of the total price.
